Fees and Finance
Monday, 06 June 2011 13:09Students aged 16-19 (and some 19-25 year olds) do not have to pay course tuition fees but students are asked to make a £35 contribution to the college at enrolment which goes towards the cost of college events and student support activities and services.
There may be subject specific fees for books and equipment - details of these can be found in the subject information pages.
Adult students may be required to pay tuition fees and we would be pleased to give details of these on request. Please contact us for more details.
Financial Help
You will qualify for the full bursary ( £1200) financial support if you belong to one of the following categories,
• Young people in care
• Care Leavers
• Young people in receipt of Income Support
• Young people in receipt of Employment Support Allowance who are also in receipt of Disability Living Allowance
You may qualify for the discretionary bursary of up to £500 if your household income is less than £24.000 p.a.
This may be used for
• Transport
• Books and equipment
• UCAS fees amongst other things
